You are correct, in paper (e.one thousand. comparing the datasheets of the Sic634 and IR3553) the IR is better on paper...but might not 100% translate to better overclocking.

As far the cooling part, he is right.

The Heatsink over the VRM may LOOK the same from the a meridian-down view, just the Arous Master has the additional aluminum fin assortment.

The Aorus Ultra is Merely the  slotted aluminum blocks.

I don't know if you tin can/should trust ALL the marketing...merely the power plane layer betwixt the Aorus Ultra and Master are as well different.
